France names the Algerian army to oppress Kabyle independentists

France and Algeria are in high alert in the face of the rise of Kabyle people to take their destiny in their hands. The Kabyles around the world are raising their voice to recover the liberty, justice, solidarity and prosperity that were destroyed by the French. Today Algeria is carrying the French agenda drawn in 1870s to exterminate Kabyle people unless they surrender.
Recently, France started talks with the different factions of the Algerian régime. The French prime minister, Manual Valls visited Algeria and had its talk with the Bouteflikas.
The other faction of the régime named, Khaled Nezar to carry the talks with the French. Nezar visited France few weeks ago. Our sources familiar with matter stated that the discussions were mostly around the next election and the Movement for Self-determination of Kabylia (MAK) leaders. Shortly after, the world witnessed that a massive campaign of intimidations and assassination attempts of Kabyle leaders in Kabylia and around the world.
When United States Of America wants the will of people to thrive, the French continues to protect their interests by maintaining the status-quo and protecting the criminals they put in place since the independence to manage the country.
Algeria was created by France in 1838. The borders were drawn to serve the French interests. After the independence, France created the Françafrique cell that operates in the shadow to maintain the regime that the French put in place to protect its interests. In Algeria, France had over 140000 traitors infiltrated in the National Liberation Army, ALN to serve the French interests. Today, these traitors are barons of the régime in Algeria and are at the service of France to maintain the former colonies to work for the French interests.
Kabylia rose and fought for the independence of all regions of North Africa especially what is called today Algeria. France understood that containing Kabylia will lead to the control of the whole North Africa but France was defeated by the Kabyle warriors.
In the 1950s, the French planned “l’operation jumelles” that targeted the Kabyle country. It was called ”Jumelles” because the Kabyle country was composed of Higher and lower Kabylia. The local population was put in concentration camps and any male over the age of fifteen was executed. The French authorities forced children out of schools, women out of their houses to watch the execution of their fifteen year old boys.
France has never forgiven Kabylia for its defeat in North Africa. France continues its ambiguous relationship with its former colonies and forces the regimes in place to perform certain actions for the sole purpose of protecting the French interests that include dissipating Kabyle populations, demonize the MAK and undermine the image of Kabylia. In fact, the Algerian secret services with complicity of the French have planned and executed the Cameroon soccer player Albert Ebosse on August 23rd of 2014. A month later, they arranged and killed French climber Herve Gourdel.
After failing to manipulate the public opinion, thanks to the vigilance of the Kabyle people and the international media, Bouteflika’s clan decides again to use violence, arbitrary arrest and intimidations against Kabyle citizens.
After the failure of Bouteflika’s clan to contain the independentist movement, France instructed the army to take over the dossier of the movement for the self determination of Kabylia (MAK).
This week, the Algerian army published in their magazine El Djaich that the army is willing to defend the unity of the French drawn borders and is ready to oppress the leaders of the independentists movement, MAK.
The reality today is that Kabyle leaders are subject daily to arbitrary arrests and detentions. Their freedom of movement is restricted and these leaders are forced to live in clandestinity and exile.
United Nation’s charter article 73 and 74 in chapter XI states that it is the UN duty to assist in the development of self-government. The Kabyle people wish that the UN would take due account of the political aspirations of Kabyle people, and to assist them in the progressive development of the free political institutions, according to the particular circumstances of Kabyle territories.
As did the French, Algeria is currently colonizing the country of Kabylia, people of Kabylia are delivering a historic message of fighting for their values of freedom, justice and laicity using peaceful means.
It is the obligation of all who love freedom, liberty and justice to assist Kabyle people to deliver the message to the Algerian and French authorities and remind them of the principal of self-determination as well as their obligation to be bound to the UN charter and universal declaration of human right to stop the abuse, usurpation and destruction of Kabyle values.
Kabyles are peaceful people with the aspiration to be free from any type of colonialism. To that end, they are fighting peacefully for freedom and independence to build a free modern nation.
Based on United Nations Resolution 1514 that was adopted unanimously in December 1960, it is the legitimate right for the Kabyle people to state their self-determination to choose their own political status and be free of alien domination.
France must back off of its wrong doing against Kabylia and that Algeria shall relinquish it’s sovereignty and jurisdiction in respect to Kabylia so that the said sovereignty and jurisdiction shall on such relinquishment vest in the Kabyle people.

La France et l’Algérie sont en état d’alerte face à la montée des Kabyles pour prendre leur destin entre leurs mains. Les Kabyles du monde entier font entendre leur voix pour récupérer la liberté, la justice, la solidarité et la prospérité qui ont été détruites par les Français. Aujourd’hui, l’Algérie porte l’ordre du jour français élaboré en 1870 pour exterminer les peuples kabyles à moins qu’ils ne se rendent.
Récemment, la France a entamé des pourparlers avec les différentes factions du régime algérien. Le Premier ministre français, Manuel Valls, s’est rendu en Algérie et s’est entretenu avec les Bouteflikas.
L’autre faction du régime nommé, Khaled Nezar de porter les pourparlers avec les Français. Nezar a visité la France il y a quelques semaines. Nos sources familières avec la matière ont déclaré que les discussions étaient principalement autour des prochaines élections et des dirigeants du Mouvement pour l’autodétermination de la Kabylie (MAK). Peu de temps après, le monde a été témoin d’une campagne massive d’intimidations et d’assassinats de dirigeants kabyles en Kabylie et dans le monde.
Quand les États-Unis veulent que la volonté des gens prospère, les Français continuent à protéger leurs intérêts en maintenant le statu quo et en protégeant les criminels qu’ils mettent en place depuis l’indépendance pour gérer le pays.

Après l’indépendance, la France a créé la cellule de Françafrique qui opère dans l’ombre pour maintenir le régime que les Français ont mis en place pour protéger ses intérêts. En Algérie, la France avait plus de 140000 traîtres infiltrés dans l’Armée de libération nationale, ALN au service des intérêts français. Aujourd’hui, ces traîtres sont des barons du régime en Algérie et sont au service de la France pour maintenir les anciennes colonies au service des intérêts français.
La Kabylie s’est levée et a lutté pour l’indépendance de toutes les régions de l’Afrique du Nord en particulier ce qu’on appelle aujourd’hui l’Algérie. La France a compris que contenir la Kabylie conduira au contrôle de toute l’Afrique du Nord, mais la France a été vaincue par les guerriers kabyles.
Dans les années 1950, les Français ont planifié «l’opération jumelles» qui visait le pays kabyle. On l’appelait «Jumelles» parce que le pays kabyle était composé de la Kabylie supérieure et inférieure. La population locale a été mise dans des camps de concentration et tout homme de plus de quinze ans a été exécuté. Les autorités françaises contraignaient les enfants hors de l’école, les femmes à sortir de leurs maisons pour surveiller l’exécution de leurs garçons de quinze ans.
La France n’a jamais pardonné la Kabylie pour sa défaite en Afrique du Nord. La France poursuit ses relations ambiguës avec ses anciennes colonies et force les régimes en place à réaliser certaines actions dans le seul but de protéger les intérêts français qui incluent la dissipation des populations kabyles, la diabolisation de la MAK et la dégradation de l’image de la Kabylie. En effet, les services secrets algériens avec complicité des Français ont planifié et exécuté le footballeur camerounais Albert Ebosse le 23 août 2014. Un mois plus tard, ils ont arrangé et tué le grimpeur français Hervé Gourdel.
Après avoir échoué à manipuler l’opinion publique, grâce à la vigilance du peuple kabyle et des médias internationaux, le clan de Bouteflika décide à nouveau d’utiliser la violence, les arrestations arbitraires et les intimidations contre les citoyens kabyles.
Après l’échec du clan de Bouteflika à contenir le mouvement indépendantiste, la France a chargé l’armée de reprendre le dossier du mouvement pour l’auto-détermination de la Kabylie (MAK).
Cette semaine, l’armée algérienne a publié dans sa revue El Djaich que l’armée est disposée à défendre l’unité des frontières tracées françaises et est prête à opprimer les dirigeants du mouvement des indépendantistes, MAK.
La réalité actuelle est que les dirigeants kabyles sont soumis quotidiennement à des arrestations et détentions arbitraires. Leur liberté de mouvement est restreinte et ces leaders sont obligés de vivre dans la clandestinité et l’exil.
L’article 73 et 74 de la Charte des Nations Unies, au chapitre XI, stipule qu’il est du devoir des Nations Unies d’aider au développement de l’autonomie gouvernementale. Les Kabyles souhaitent que l’ONU tienne dûment compte des aspirations politiques des Kabyles et les aide au développement progressif des institutions politiques libres, selon les circonstances particulières des territoires kabyles.
Comme les Français, l’Algérie colonise actuellement le pays de Kabylie, les habitants de la Kabylie livrent un message historique de lutte pour leurs valeurs de liberté, de justice et de laïcité par des moyens pacifiques.
Il est de l’obligation pour tous ceux qui aiment la liberté, la liberté et la justice d’aider le peuple kabyle à transmettre le message aux autorités algériennes et françaises et à leur rappeler le principe de l’autodétermination ainsi que leur obligation d’être liés à la charte des Nations Unies. La déclaration universelle du droit de l’homme d’arrêter l’abus, l’usurpation et la destruction des valeurs kabyles.
Les kabyles sont des gens pacifiques
